 My password to view my photos is not working? 
All passwords are case sensitive.  If you are still unable to view your photos contact National Photography via phone on 1300 677 000, or email info@nationalphotography.com.au

Please help me, I can't find the photos I am looking for?
Don't panic! If some, or all, of your images are missing, please contact our friendly customer service team on 1300 677 000 or email info@nationalphotography.com.au and we will help in trying to locate these images for you. 

I have forgotten my account password
If your password still isn't working or you can't remember it, simply click on ‘Forgot Password' next to the Log In fields, enter your email address and we will send you an email with the option to reset your password.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, PayPal. Please note that your order will not be dispatched until full payment is received.

When will I receive my order?
You should expect to receive your within 2 to 4 weeks of your payment being processed. Your prints are posted via Australia Post,  therefore we cannot guarantee the arrival time after dispatch. Please be aware that unfortunately orders  requiring block mounting, DVD's or other specialist finishes may take longer.

What shipping options are offered?
We deliver our products using Australia Post. Shipping costs are a flat-rate of $10 for regular and $14 for Express Post, and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Can you ship internationally?
Yes we do, however at this time we do not accept international orders through our website. Please email us at info@nationalphotography.com.au for a quote for overseas destinations.

Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of our work, we recommend that you please choose your purchase carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don't perform as advertised. We do not offer refunds on digital downloads. 

If your prints have been damaged in transit, please return the damaged prints to us in the original packaging and we will replace them ASAP at no additional charge to you.

Prices
All of our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices remain current for the time the images are online, however please be aware that after this prices may vary.

Credit Card Security
When purchasing from National Photography, card details are transmitted through a secure server.

My gift coupon code is not working. What should I do?
All of our passwords and coupon codes are case sensitive. If your coupon code still isn't working, please contact us directly on 1300 677 000 or email info@nationalphotography.com.au and our team will be able to help you out.

How do I know my order has been received?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us informing you of your recent purchase. We will also notify you via email when you order has been shipped. Details of your order can be viewed at any time by logging on to My Account

Are my contact details safe when ordering through your website?
Yes! National Photography takes data usage very seriously. You can be sure that under no circumstances will any persons information be mishandled or supplied to any third parties unless required by law.

What is a photography fee?
Here at National Photography we are constantly evolving and updating our procedures to improve our service. Customers will have to create a personal account and pay the required photography fee before gaining access to their chosen gallery. In return a credit will be applied to their account to use when purchasing from our wide range of products. The photography fee, or sitting fee, covers costs associated with National Photography's services. This includes the photographers time and expertise, travel and equipment costs along with our pre and post production services. Please read on for a further in-depth outline of this new feature. 

Photography Fee Policy
In the past National Photography has been faced with the issue of having the service and images that we provide, stolen from us. Previously our clients have been photographed at no charge, images have then been viewed, screen captured, copied and shared without any consideration for our company, photographers or post production work. At National our team of professional photographers are dedicated to capturing beautiful images that create memories for a lifetime, like many other industry leaders we have integrated a photography service fee to recover some costs and encourage ordering. 

Why create an account
In conjunction with the above, National Photography takes child protection very seriously. We believe that we have a duty of care to protect the clients that we photograph. By asking customers to create an account and pay the required fee, we are also obtaining a database of our viewers and deterring those that have no direct link to our clients or customers.
